Ilan Levin, manager of Labor Relations, Organizational Consulting and Wage Reviews
Ilan Levin specializes in advising and managing negotiations with employees, drafting collective agreements, interactions with employees' committees, cultivating organizational stability and productive relations between management and employees, ongoing consultation during negotiations, constructing wage scales and optimal wage structures.
Mr. Levin served as Salary Director at the Finance Ministry as well as in a series of other senior positions in the Finance Ministry and Defense Ministry. He has undertaken a broad variety of duties in the areas of labor relations, salaries, pensions, budgets and finances. Currently, in addition to being manager of organizational consulting and wage consulting at Ben David Shalvi Kop, Mr. Levin serves as head of the Labor Relations Department of the Manufacturers Association of Israel.
