Ovad Ben David, CPA, founded the firm of Ben David and Associates in 1994. He has substantial experience in providing consulting and accounting services and is expert in internal and external audits at government ministries as well as audits for local government, audits and tax consulting for companies and self-employed, liquidations and recovery plans for large organizations.
Ovad Ben David lectures on financial accounting at a number of institutions of higher learning. In the past he served as head of the accounting program at Machon Lev School of Technology as well as a member of the Committee for Standardizing Government Accounting.
He served as Chairman of the Board of ASHRA – Israel Foreign Trade Risk Insurance Corporation Ltd.
Ben David also served as Chair of the Finance Committee of Amidar – National Housing Company of Israel Ltd.
